homes@kennet will advertise its empty properties on this website for a 5 day period and in the Wiltshire Gazette and Herald’s Thursday property pages. Each advert will provide a short description and details of the property including:
- weekly rent
- landlord
- who is eligible to apply
- priority card thresholds - applying for housing
All you have to do is join the housing register create a password and express an interest in the property by submitting a bid. You can submit a bid via:
the telephone BIDLINE 0845 602 1035 (local call rate)
in person at Kennet District Council or Sarsen Housing Association offices where you can complete a coupon.
The adverts are closed at 12 noon on Monday.
Once the adverts are closed and all bids have been submitted the Housing Association will make an offer to the applicant who meets the eligibility requirements and has the most housing need.
